🔄 Our Return Policy

At Vapour Lounge, your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Returns

You may return a product within 30 days of purchase if it meets all of the following criteria:

• It is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging; or
• It is defective or damaged upon receipt
• You have proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation, receipt, or invoice)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used e-liquids, vape pods, or cartridges
• Devices or accessories that show signs of use or tampering
• Clearance or final sale items

🔁 Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the same or equivalent product once we verify the issue. You may be asked to return the original item before the replacement is shipped or delivered.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange:

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence (if applicable)
3. We will confirm your eligibility and provide instructions for return or exchange
4. Once the return is received and approved, a refund or replacement will be issued

💰 Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

🚚 Return Shipping or Pickup

• For local deliveries, we may offer return pickup at our discretion
• For shipped orders, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error
