2. Eligibility – 19+ Only

You must be at least 19 years old to purchase products from Vapour Lounge. By using our site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your province or territory to purchase vaping products. We may use age verification tools to confirm eligibility.

3. Product Use Disclaimer

All products sold are intended for recreational use only. Vapour Lounge makes no claims regarding any medical benefits. Products are not intended for use by minors, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals with health conditions without medical advice.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders must be placed through our website. We accept payments through Lightspeed's secure payment processing system. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Canada only. Orders are processed and delivered by Vapour Lounge’s internal delivery team. Delivery times may vary by region and availability.

6. Returns & Exchanges

You may return unopened or defective items within 30 days of purchase, provided you have a valid receipt and proof of payment.

• Products must be returned in original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.

7. Intellectual Property
